I had a $2 ECB from last week that I used for my purchases today.
Honestly, I wasn't too impressed with their sales, so I only bought a few products.

Note
Obviously, it might be difficult to come across 6 TicTac coupons unless you get half a dozen papers! If you want, you can buy them only in the first purchase. It's pretty flexible - get 3, 6, 9, or 12 TicTacs, whatever works for you. But, if you don't get them in the third purchase, you will need to buy another item worth at least 99 cents in order to make sure the total price doesn't go into the negative.
